These include low libido, decreased ability to orgasm, pain during intercourse, damage from injury to the penis shaft, and reduced size due to age or low testosterone. Patients report better orgasms, better erections, and improved sexual satisfaction overall. How does it work? The P-Shot® uses PRP (platelet-rich plasma) from your own blood, which contains special cells that help repair and stimulate tissues. This method has been used in the medical field for many years in aesthetics and sports medicine, helping athletes recover from injuries. First, blood is drawn from your arm and placed in a centrifuge to obtain the PRP. The penile shaft is numbed, and a series of small PRP injections are strategically placed along the penis shaft and base of the penis. Recommended procedure is to have 2 P shots 8 to 12 weeks apart then follow up with one P shot every 12 to 18 months.
