About the event

Maintaining a loving, intimate relationship with our partner and ensuring a good night's sleep may not always appear to be compatible goals. However, they are both essential for our overall well-being. Regrettably, many of us find ourselves lacking in either department, and this imbalance can feel like a never-ending cycle. Inadequate sleep often leaves us too exhausted for intimacy.

This led to the creation of the Sex N Sleep workshops, designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to enhance their health and cultivate more profound connections in their relationships. During these workshops, we will explore the intricate relationship between sleep and intimacy, delving into the ways they mutually influence each other.

Participants will receive a comprehensive Sex N Sleep toolkit. This toolkit comprises expert-recommended sleep routines, dietary supplements that support sleep and sexual health, and actionable best practices.

While we encourage couples to attend together for a shared learning experience, it's important to note that taking the workshop with a partner is not a requirement. Individual participants are more than welcome to join as well
